SET THESE ALKALIZING GOALS FOR INCREASED ENERGY, VITALITY AND WEIGHT LOSS

Every day, for the next 6 weeks I shall

  •  Start the day by drinking 1 – 2 glasses of ionized alkaline water.  This will flush out the toxins accumulated in my body overnight..
  •  Drink a minimum of 2 litres of ionized, alkaline water daily.

Before you start alkalizing make a list of current health problems (ie.  Fatigue, overweight, aching joints, arthritis, gout, skin problems, allergies).  At the completion of each week go through the list and make notes of any improvement.
