Test Your pH LevelThe best way to judge how acidic you are is to observe your own body symptoms. Tests can be done but these only show the amount of acidity being released. The real test is to honestly ask yourself ‘how do I feel’. If your body is storing acid wastes and giving any of the symptoms listed, you can heal yourself with nature’s alkaline packages. How to measure your body’s pHYou can test your body’s pH level by using the pH Reagent Test Kit or pH Test Strips. Be aware that your body is a constantly changing and adapting organism. As such it is immediately responding to outside influences such as a glass of cola, an external stressor etc. Choose a time of day when you have not eaten recently. If you are performing a series of tests (advisable) try to do them at the same time every day. First thing in the morning on waking is an ideal time. The 5-Step Formula 1. Test a minimum of two hours after eating. 2. If performing a saliva test, swallow the saliva already in your mouth, then create new saliva from the saliva gland below your tongue. Repeat this three times to fully clear the mouth. Spit a small amount into a glass container (shooter or liqueur glass is ideal). 3. To urine test, catch a tiny amount midstream. 4. Drop 2 - 3 drops of pH Reagent into the saliva or urine. 5. Check against the chart. Test ResultsBlue to purple (7.0 to 7.5+) Healthy Medium to dark green (6.0 to 6.5) Could develop disease Yellow to light green (4.5 to 5.5) Disease may be present Note: This test is for educational purposes only.
